Adding a New Facility

  1. Click the ‘Work Flow / Cases’ tab.
  2. Click ‘Facilities’ from the menu beneath the ‘Work Flow / Cases’ tab.
  3. Click the ‘New Facility’ button on the right.
  4. Enter the appropriate facility data and click ‘Save’.

 

Notes:

  • The new facility screen is also accessible during accessioning by clicking ‘Add’ on the right of the ‘Facilities’ field.
  • ‘Facility ID’ refers to any internal facility ID tracked by a customer’s other systems.
  •  ‘Notes’ are only viewable internally.
