Adding a New Patient

  1. Click the ‘Work Flow / Cases’ tab.
  2. Click ‘Patients’ from the menu beneath the ‘Work Flow / Cases’ tab.
  3. Click the ‘New Patient’ button on the right.
  4. Enter the appropriate patient data and click ‘Save’.



  • The new patient screen is also accessible during accessioning by clicking ‘Add’ on the right of the ‘Patient’ field.
  • ‘EMR Identifier’ refers to any internal patient ID tracked by a customer’s EMR system.
  • ‘Notes’ are only viewable internally.
