Adding a New Template

  1. Click the ‘Administration’ tab.
  2. Click ‘Templates’ from the tab sub-menu.
  3. Click the ‘New Template’ button on the right.
  4. Enter the appropriate template data and click ‘Save’.

Notes:

  • Templates are primarily used when editing various form fields with WYSIWYG editors (e.g., case diagnosis, case notes).
  • Templates have a secondary use as an on-demand customer-definable portion of a custom report template (e.g., disclaimers, methods and limitations).
